Support & how to play

Rescue the Christmas heroes, learn their powers, and face Krampus. Here’s how to get back to the adventure.

Move, defend, and attack

Use your left thumb to move the stick left or right, push up to jump, and push down to duck. Hold away from your opponent to block. Use the right-hand buttons for light, heavy, special, and power attacks. Some moves need Christmas Spirit; their buttons become available when you have enough.

Choose How to play or Moves & stats at fighter selection for more help. Turning your device sideways gives you a wider arena.

Unlock the heroes

Santa, Wizard Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Pip are available from the start. Win campaign encounters to rescue and unlock eight more heroes, then face Krampus. Locked heroes are earned by playing.

Pause and sound

Use the pause button to take a break. Switching apps pauses your match; choose Back to the brawl when you return. The sound button at fighter selection controls the game’s audio.

Your saved adventure

Campaign progress is saved on your device. It is not synced between devices through a game account. Normal app and game updates preserve your progress. Deleting the app can remove its saved data, so avoid reinstalling as a first troubleshooting step.

After finishing the campaign, A New Christmas lets you start again after confirmation. Contact support before resetting if you are trying to recover progress.

Offline play and updates

The installed iPhone, iPad, and Android app includes the game and can be played offline. Downloading the app, optional feedback, update checks, and opening support or privacy pages require an internet connection. The browser version needs a connection to load.

At fighter selection, open Settings → Check for updates. If an update is ready, Restart to update asks for confirmation before reopening the game. You can keep playing the installed version if a download fails.

If the game will not open

Try the game’s Retry button if it appears. If needed, close and reopen the app. Check for an app update and make sure your device has free storage. If the problem continues, email support with the error message and the steps that led to it.
